We want you to frame what you love, and that means giving you plenty of
options. We can print almost anything, from 4” x 6” to 32” x40” even
bigger. Contact us to discuss printing/framing any artwork/images over
32”x 40”.
Image resolution is denoted in pixels per inch (PPI). We require a minimum
PPI of 100. Anything lower than that results in blurry, subpar images. The
larger the image size, the higher the PPI must be, as well. Note that if
your PPI is too low for the selected image size, our site will display a
message under the image informing you that the image quality does not meet
the PPI requirement.
You want your framed objects to last for decades and to look great during
that time. To help ensure that’s possible, we use the highest-quality
materials possible. That includes acid-free foamboard, mat board, ink,
printing paper, and more.We also use ACRYLITE gallery framing grade plexi glass as the highest quality acrylic sheet for the framing market.
Our giclee prints are created using ultra-high-quality paper and ink to
ensure your prints last as long as possible.
Each custom frame is made from 100% natural wood types tested and used
throughout the framing industry for many years.
If you’re located in the continental United States, you can expect to
receive your frame/framed art within one to two weeks of placing your
order. Alaska and Hawaii residents, as well as international customers,
should discuss delivery expectations at the time of their order. Need your

fee, we can offer a one-week turnaround.

let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right. However, we only offer
returns and refunds if an incorrect frame is sent to you, or your frame

Before shipping anything, make sure to drop us an email to let us know
what you’re shipping and when. We also recommend sending the layout page
with your dimensions after designing your finished product to help ensure
accuracy.
Your artwork is precious. Make sure that you pack it well. We also
recommend that you insure your package before sending it in case of loss
or damage (iFraming.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in
shipping).
We take great care to ensure that every shipment is packed carefully to
help prevent damage during transit. However, accidents can still happen
despite our best efforts. Because of that, we insure every shipment (from
us to our customers). If your package is damaged or lost during shipping,
we will immediately rebuild your frame and ship it to you at no additional
cost. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
Note that if you’re sending a package to us, you should insure it before
sending it. We also recommend emailing us to alert us that the package is
on its way. We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged on
its way to us.
We use materials suitable for fine art and guarantee our giclee prints. We
print using Epson P9000 and P11800 printers for high-quality, accurate
reproductions. To ensure that we’re able to print at the highest quality,
please submit images/photographs in JPG, TIFF, or PNG format. Note that
there may be slight color differences in the finished print and the colors
displayed on your computer monitor. To ensure the best result, make sure
to set your output as Adobe (1998) RGB color space. Uploaded images should
be at least 100 PPI to ensure print quality.

Accurate measurements are critical. Measure your artwork’s length and
width with a ruler or tape measure. Please bear in mind the following when
measuring and ordering:
1. All measurements should be accurate to within 1/8 of an inch.
2. When you choose not to mat your artwork, the frame will cover 1/4 inch
from the edge of artwork all around.
3. When you choose to add a mat as a window, the matting will cover 1/8
inch from the edge of artwork all around.
4. If you choose to float your artwork on the mat there is no change.
Want to transform a photograph into a work of art? Need to reproduce a
piece of art? We can print your artwork on canvas and then stretch it to
achieve the results that you want. We offer matte canvas and satin canvas.
Matte Canvas
For high-contrast images with complex color combinations or images with
very dark colors, we recommend matte canvas, which offers an ultra-low
glare finish.
Satin Canvas
Satin canvas offers a softly reflective surface (this is not a glossy
finish). Our satin canvas is an acid-free, lignin-free, heavyweight,
cotton-poly blend and features a natural texture.
Both matte and satin canvas options are designed for durability and
true-to-life color representation and will last for years without cracking
or warping.
We offer several types of canvas stretching/wrapping to help you get the
best results.
Regular Wrapping: Your image is centered on the front, with either a white
or black canvas border shown on the sides. Note that you can choose your
preferred canvas color during the customization process.
Gallery Wrapping: With gallery wrapping, the image wraps around the sides
of the canvas. There is no white or black border, but you also lose some
of the image when the canvas is framed.
Yes, both regular wrapping and gallery wrapping are suitable for use with
frames. You can choose regular frames or opt for floater frames. Note that
if you choose a floater frame, the canvas will sit 1/8 inch lower than the
frame’s surface and 1/4 inch away from the frame on all sides.

customers in Alaska and Hawaii, can email us to discuss their
order/shipping needs.
